  • I went to this practice seeing the positive reviews on Google but I had a very bad experience with this practice. Me and my wife, new to Basingstoke, made an appointment to this practise closest to our residence, hoping to have an annual dental checkup and clean. My wife went first, she says the dentist wasn't welcoming and sounded rude. He took a casual look at her teeth for 1 minute or so and says so and so and charges 22 quid(NHS Level 1 fare). When asked about cleaning he says it'll have to be done privately and it is a seperate 50 quid. Next for my turn, I had the same more or less rude welcome and was told it is 50 quid extra and only done on private. So here's my review - I'll never go back to this practice and wouldn't recommend to anyone. This is an NHS dentistry only in name. They use the tag, I think, to get more patients and then get them on to private procedures which obviously costs a lot more. I see a lot of positive reviews and I don't understand why we had such a bad experience. I also found the support staff not up to the mark. Our bills and card payments were messed up and I had to recheck and redo my payments. Overall, I'd avoid this dentistry!

  • Been looking for a NHS dentist for a while. When I was contacted this practice, the registration went through without any fuss. The practice is very neat and the professional. Dr Rajni Koirala was very efficient and explained every procedure. Highly recommended!

  • A professional doctor and very friendly, takes time to explain the problem you have and helpful to fix the issues as soon as you need. Clean surgery in a quite area having a relaxing waiting room with lots of books and magazines to keeps kids occupied and adults too.

  • I have received professional and efficient treatment in the dental practice. The doctor has been empathetic with my incident. He is willing to help fill out forms if necessary for a cereal company that their cereal product caused the fracture of my teeth. The doctor has always been friendly and will take time to explain the problem I have and come up with solutions to fix the issues. The surgery is clean and the staff are friendly too.
